2025: A Year in the CityScale Project

05.02.2026
This time, we are sharing our annual review not at the end of the year, as we usually do. These are challenging times when our habits are often changed beyond our will.
The past year has been the most difficult in the nearly 13-year history of the project. A significant part of our core team is currently engaged in defending Ukraine, which has substantially limited our capacity to further develop the project.
Nevertheless, we continue our work and sincerely appreciate your support.
In 2025, despite all challenges, we continued to support our partners by collecting data on residential construction in Ukraine and analyzing the real estate developers' market. We also indulged in a bit of nostalgia, recalling how the project began.
Then we returned to the routine season of hot water service shutdowns, introducing one of the largest data geography expansion to date. We began publishing data for five additional cities: Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Sumy, and Poltava.
We also resumed data collection for Chernihiv and Kyiv.
In addition, we added more than 150 residential complexes where users can search for housing on our maps.
Happy New Year 2026! Glory to Ukraine!
